Digital planning is inclusive of digital data analysis—such as ad performance, click stream, conversion rates and social activity—in order to develop an approach that is trackable, measurable and accountable.

DOES THE WORK, WORK?

Ignited has a long track record of delivering award-winning and effective digital experiences from experimental niche markets to global brands.
Every successful interactive project starts with answering two basic questions: (1) What is the business problem, and (2) Who is the target audience? It sounds simple, but a surprising number of projects never adequately answer those questions and suffer as a result. Strategists answer the first question by defining the business objectives of the project. The user-experience team is responsible for answering the second question. Once the target audience is recognized, digital integration starts at the planning stages where online/offline consumer behaviors are prioritized. At each stage of a campaign, for example, progression, conversion and actions are measured through a variety of tools, including social listening (e.g., blog posts, twitter sentiment, search data) to specific click-stream information (impressions, clicks, visitors, actions). Priorities and tactics are then optimized through data-driven insights.
