Activision Blizzard, Inc., the largest game publisher, developer and distributer, has created some of the most recognizable video game franchises worldwide, including Call of Duty®, Tony Hawk, Spider-Man™, and the #1 subscription-based MMORPG, World of Warcraft®. At its helm is visionary Bobby Kotick. And in 1999, then-vp of marketing, Eric Johnson, also had a vision as to the needs of Activision and other gaming clients, and decided to take Activision’s marketing out of house and form his own agency. And, thus, Ignited Minds was born. Since then, Ignited (we dropped “Minds” in 2007) has worked closely with Activision to create standout game packaging, supportive collateral and mind-blowing booths at global trade shows, like E3, PAX and Comic-Con.
